If you are looking for the original AutoHX version used in the 2024 Nature Communications article, you can download a review-only version (v2.4.0.3577) from this download link. To enable the DIA analysis method, please navigate to main menu -> Tools -> Performance Manager and turn ON "Enable Beta Features". When prompted for a password, please enter "methodsreview773". Please note that this version is intended for evaluation of the published results and is not licensed to be used for commercial purposes.
The latest version of AutoHX is now called HDExaminer PRO and is part of Trajan's CHRONECT Studio software suite. It contains extensive changes and improvements over the original AutoHX version. Please visit the CHRONECT Studio product page for more information or to contact us.
Description
AutoHX is a new processing option currently available in HX-DEAL. It takes advantage of MS2-DIA data to automatically assign deuteration values to peptides using fragments as redundant measurements. The MS2 redundancy allows us to assign additional certainty to both differential analysis and/or peptide kinetics analysis.
